Dr. Alan Ali
Dr. Alan completed his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the Faculty of Life Sciences at McMaster University, after which time he decided to pursue his career in chiropractic. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Dr. Alan has also completed his certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, as well as in Integrative Acupuncture Professional Practice Certificate from York University. Dr. Alan is also certified in Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 and GLA:D Knee/Hip OA Programs. He continues to further his knowledge base by taking advanced manual therapy courses and volunteering his time within the profession.
Dr. Alan firmly believes in treating his patients using an evidence-based, integrative approach to treat the root cause of injury and dysfunction to help them recover quickly and prevent future recurrences. Dr. Alan utilizes manual joint and soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, modalities as well as rehabilitative exercises to help patients decrease pain and restore function to the affected muscles, joints and nervous system.
Dr. Alan is active member, in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and is also a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association.

Mitchell Caprelli
Mitchell Caprelli completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Guelph, and a Master of Science degree in Medical Science at the University of Toronto.
Mitchell is a registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He is passionate for the profession, and this is evident in his approach to physical therapy as he takes a holistic approach to treatment, combining detailed education, patient-specific exercise prescription, and well-practiced manual therapy into his treatment plans. He takes a detailed approach to his practice, with a focus on movement mechanics and how every-day movement patterns can influence pain in the body.
Mitchell has additional education and experience with acupuncture/dry needling and spinal manipulation, and is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario to perform these acts in practice.
During his free time, Mitchell enjoys playing soccer, running, weight-lifting, and travelling.

Amy Collett
Amy graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2007 and went on to graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in 2011. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has completed further courses in ergonomics and draping, cupping, insurance reimbursement when working with MVA and WSIB clients, manual therapies for pediatrics, and MPS pain therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Amy has completed the Level 2 trainers’ course with the Hockey Development Centre for Ontario. From 2001 to 2017, she volunteered her time with the Georgina Minor Hockey Association as well as the Georgina Ice Junior C hockey club as a team trainer. In 2015, Amy volunteered for the Pan and Para Pan Am Games. She was apart of the medical team for Table Tennis and Water Polo during Pan Am and Table Tennis during Para Pan Am.

Jae Jung Kil
Jae Jung Kil graduated from University in South Korea with a certificate in food nutrition and social work. She worked as a dietician, social worker, and as a massage therapist in South Korea. Jae Jung has worked as a massage technician for 6 years before graduating from Pharma Medical Science College of Canada as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Jae Jung believes that massage is valuable modality for enhancing overall health and wellbeing. She incorporates assessment and remedial exercises and utilizes various techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point, cupping and myofascial release to address each client’s unique needs. Jeffrey Lo
Jeffrey completed the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College, graduating with Honours in the spring of 2023. Prior to becoming an RMT, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at York University. Jeffrey takes his knowledge from kinesiology and applies it to massage, creating a therapeutic approach to holistic care. Jeffrey uses a variety of modalities to achieve an individual’s goals from wellness to rehabilitation. He has experience with a wide range of demographics from athletes, post-ops, oncology, and the workforce.

Dr. Kevin Spence
Dr. Spence graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC). He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) Degree from the University of Toronto.
He is recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), utilizing scientific knowledge to help individuals and athletes recover from injury and improve athletic performance. He also holds certification as a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider through McMaster University.
Dr. Spence has attained the highest level of training through the Titleist® Performance Institute (TPI) as a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) and Level 3 Golf Medical Professional. He utilizes a comprehensive approach evaluating and helping golfers from beginner to advanced skill levels, identify and correct deficiencies in strength, stability, flexibility and balance in the golf swing in order to eliminate injury and improve performance.
Dr. Spence has extensive training and clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment and management of the musculoskeletal disorders. He provides high-quality, individualized treatment plans which are designed to yield the fastest results possible by reducing painful symptoms, advancing recovery, and providing patients with knowledge and tools needed to decrease the likelihood of recurrence.
